The college was looking so nice and I was amazed to see it. I reached there at 7:00, though the programme started a little late i.e. at 8:15. Even my friends came late, so i think from now onwards even I should follow IST.
Archit, the vote of thanks was given by me Ankur Kedia and not Saurabh Agarwal as he got very tensed, so do the "hats off" to me and not him. Even the speech was prepared by me. So it all goes to me. And yes, I was finally able to atrike a chord with Dr. Seema M. Parihar. Even Nahar congratulated me and said that i was very good at it. He again started the same old story citing the differences between an MBA and a CA.
I enjoyed a lot. I forgot to bring my Camera...still regreting for that....I am still collecting the photographs of the farewell.
After the party, Vipin, Manuj, Prateek, Megha, Anant , Paritosh and Akhil went to a disc and they, hopefully, partied till 4:00am. They must've enjoyed a lot. Even I wanted to go but could not because of family restraints.
I was a nice party and I wait to see you all again soon.

As normally expected frm KMC........we were all expecting not much.............but thn I must confess Grad ngt arrangement and decoration wise was 100 on 100..........really a nice prog....Nice food..........Njoyed a lot........
All ppl dressed in formals n all.....a memorable moment..............
Meenu was luking gud and for the first time vo Kmc wala doggy usko dekh k dara nhi.........nice improvement........
Jyoti,bharti n bhai ko ghar rakhkar aayi warsha....all were looking different and mature..............
Ankur was looking professtional and was busy wid speech n vipin n grp.....so he as usual missed lots of action, excitement and enjoyment.................
Babu was luking sober and formal but flirting vohi babu style kr rha tha...............But hats off to him for his great speech n its arrangement...:-)...........
Karan in his fusion was looking cool.....and color combination was umbercool.........

Annual Day Celebrations in College
Today the Annual Day was celebrated in the college. Though a much dull event, I still went because I was supposed to get a momento from The Placement Cell. Me and Saurabh wore suits while the rest were in casuals or semi formals. We were looking out of place and i saw many people staring at us like anything.
First came the Principal's speech and I bet no one in the Auditorium was able to understand even a single word. His speech continued for half an hour and my God it was tormenting. Then started the Chief Guest's Address. It was still bearable. Then came a slew of Awards and we thought that we would soon get the momentos and then we can move back home. But we had to wait very long. Our turn came almost at the last, just before the National Anthem. Saurabh and Arjun got College Blazers and I, along with Aditya and Utsav got the College Sweat Shirts along with certificates. It feels nice, accepting awards on the stage, in front of so many people. Perhaps this was the reason why we wore suits.
Aditya was not present in the beginning as he went for NDPL interview. He came in last but was just on time to collect the award.We were also distributed the refreshments which was not very good, but still you like it when you don't have anything for 6 hours.
We also launched the Placement Cell Newsletter today. I and Saurabh got it printed today morning itself but since the material was collected and organised by Saurabh And Utsav, they collected all the credits. Any ways, it's time to move on. A good day came to an end.

Commonality between Ankur, Saurabh, Archit, Meenu, Himanshu and rest all four eyed people
So finally I too have joined the world of people wearing spectacles. Yes, it's true. After all it had to happen one day. It's a long distance vision specs with powers of .5 and .75 left and right respectively.
But you know what, there is different charm associated with people wearing specs. They look more intellectual. They look more responsible, a person with some authority. Take for example Mahatma Gandhi, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, Azim Premji, Kishore Biyani, Vijay Mallya(This example's cool). They all wield power and lead millions of people. So finally I too have joined the Ivy league.
But you might not see me wearing these pair of glasses as I will never carry them to the college. After all I have never worn them and even don't like to do so now. I hope it gets used to my face or my face gets used to it.
Tomorrow I'll be going to the Annual Day. Saurabh and Adi are coming. No confirmations of any other person. I hope to make a final and lasting impression on Dr. Seema Parihar so that I may utilise this link in future life.

hey friends......hw are you all??? its been long since i talked to anybody.............yr koi call hi nahi karta..............bhul gaye lagta ha..........main kehta tha na... hey, i went to vaishno devi last week,went on 11th came back on 14th......really enjoyed a lot there ........and archit you are stil thinking of your macro eco. marks....you think its not fair,tell me one thing then, how should i react?? yr i flunked in macro eco!!!...............so dnt be disheartened yr....we did nothing wrong,just it didn't match with what she taught in the class....came to know that grad night is on 24th..hopefully meet all of you there.......

6 Days Left
Thank You Archit for all the wishes...i definitely need 'em.
Well, I am desperately waiting for the Grand Night...it would be so good meeting with friends all again. I will be hopefully staying back at Saurabh's Pad after the Grand Night. Let's see what happens.
And Archit, you don't worry for your marks in Eco cause even i believe that whatever u wrote was all correct but the Ma'm in a rage of discontentment would have given u less marks.
and yes, i went to that Career Guardian because i saw its ad in a magazine and thought just to have an experience and try it out. I know i am not going to take admission via this route but this experience was exhilerating.

I am confused why I scored less in ma macro eco paper in internals...coz m still sure jo maine likha tht was correct...n couldnt hav done better....
Studying for finals is vry cumbersm as mann hi nhi krta....
got regn letter of CA final...But Books nhi mili as they are out of stock and I have to confirm every week ki books aayi ki nhi aayi...
Not able to understand how to do prep for finals...
Advise for Ankur....yaar aise logo ke chakkar mein mat pad jo donation se clgs mein admission ki guarantee lete hai....as u wil get the thing which is best suited for u n in ur luck....Bye the way I wish to ask-tu uss bande k paas gya kyun tha??????????

Got My Eco Papers, Gave Viva AND Met A Strange Man
Hi guys, i got my Economics papers today and you know what, I secured 31 marks in Macro but scored only 15 marks in Indian Economy. But any ways my Aggregate for internals has dropped to 69.71% from close to 80%. I also appeared for the viva and the teachers were quite cool. The viva lasted for around 5 minutes and they asked me very general questions, while Aanchal faced a viva for close to 25 minutes with in depth questions on her project. Lets see how many marks we get for our projects.
And for the second part, i went in a very strange organisation today. It's known as Career Guardian and they guarantee your admission into top MBA colleges across the country and you know for how much? They take something between 10 to 15 lakhs for the admission apart from the fees of the respective colleges. It was a completely new experience for me and his voice is still going through my ears. I mean, how can anybody get admission like this. He also said that you can pay the amount after the admssion has completed, but you have to pay the money in black..i.e. in hard cash!! Imagine paying 15 lakhs in cash! He offered me all the top colleges like XLRI, XIMB, SIBM, SCMHRD, IMT, SPJain, Wellingkar, KJ Somaiyya, Jamnalal Bajaj on a platter. I was dumbstruck. वह तो कालेजो को गाजर मूली की तरह बेच रहा था It is situated in EDM mall, Kaushambi and the way to go there is through the service lift and not the normal passenger lift. I was amazed at such an open demand for money for admission.

i visited this blog for the first time today and i really impressed by kedia's idea...but as usual kuch naa kuch chu@#$pa kiya hai kedia..haha...wat is this second rule...bhai this blog is meant for writing dil khol ke..(and how will i ever express my feelings whole heartedly and show my love for kedia unless i use a few GOOD words....i am sure u all agree with me ..hehehe)...

Come Out and Play
Yesterday we all had a blast...It was the most memorable night i ever had. Well, most of the things has already been posted on this blog...so what should i say??

Moreover, i just gave a hint to mom that i would be spending the grand night at a friend's house and she responded positively :)...I think my job is done.

It was for Delhi to come out.........
Me,babu,archit and kedia had a real blast last night......we went to India gate for the Queens baton relay on the eve of Commonwealth Day.......as usual our plan was unexpected,but we made it a success this time.....i had to meet archit nd kdia by 6:15 at kashmere gate, but i left only at 6:00.(main time pe kaise pahuch sakta hun).....the program was to start at 7:00 pm,and we reached at 8:00.(credit goes to babuu,kehta ki metro kharab ho gayi hai.)....but it was real fun,dance by around 300 artists representing different states, 'shera' flirting with the dancing girl anbd the flying angels...(i'm still in doubt whether they were girls....),fireworks.......the most memorable moment was to see India Gate covered in variuos motifs.....(cnt just explain hw beautiful it was...)nw we were hungry..we went to upsc for its famous chaat.(par mila nhi), then we decided to go to cp.....agar life enjoy karni hai toh just roam on the empty roads of cp in the night....we ate dosai at sarwana bhavan mostly wid the chutnies.......we went inside even though it was not our turn(kisi aur ki jagah ghus gaye).....phir we ate ice cream aur thoda ghume......ghar se phone aane start hoi gaye the toh jana hi tha..........reached home at 12:00...(11 baje tak bol ke gaya tha....).......mumma went all guns blazing....kaafi sunne ko mila.........par maza aaya....yr mijhe pics bhej dena saari (metro stn,india gate,sawana bhawan...)........

Queens Baton Relay n dinner at sarvana...
Me,babu,Karan n Kda went to India Gate on 8th March 2009 to attend unveiling of Queen's Baton for 2010 Commonwealth Games...but as usual babu was late by around 45 min so had to rush but thn also due to long walking missed laser show...Got to see amazing stunts...flying angels....fireworks...flying hearts(paper ones)...N A PAINTED INDIA GATE...took photographs wid hearts pasted on Shirt...njoyed to a gr8 extent..thn went to UPSE n thn to CP...whr v had a nice n delicious dinner at sarvana bhawan...thanx to Ankur's name otherwise waiting wud hav been longer...had Ice-cream...njoyed CP n empty roads at 10.30...no buses available at tht time so reached home at 12.15...got a lecture at home for being too late...n got a new deadline of 11.00....but thn a memorable day comes to an end...

Arrrggghhh!!! How can I miss the last day of the College??
Man, i feel so bad! I could have been so stupid to miss the last day of the college! And all for this Eco paper...! I knew this is gonna be the time to remember, to recall once i graduate.
Well, life goes on. Today I appeared for the papers and you know what...Macro went really well....but alas! i was screwed up by the Indian Eco Paper. This is what happens when you start reading Indian Eco at 10:00p.m. the night before. Any ways, i am hoping to score around 20-22 marks in it though. Ma'm has called me up on 13th March to show the papers...let's wait for the results. I am eager to find out the scores.

yesterday was d last day of our colg but it was really fun to hav gud frnds around u .... we all played watr holi wid no colours n den d cycling ... i think evry1 enjoyed dat to its fullest rather i enjoyed double timescoz i enjoyed both cycling myself n siting at d back of my frnd.. bechara archit kal toh uski ache se exercise ho gyi..... but it was so sweet on his part.... i m lucky to have such a nice frnds around me....

The first Daily Update
You know what, I've two exams scheduled on 6th of march and I've still not studied for them at all. These days i am feeling like a different person....not the Ankur of 2006/07. These three years of my life have been great. They've changed me completely, especially the third year. My outlook has been widened, i look at the world from a completely new vision.
Yesterday, i was rejected from admission in SCMHRD, i felt so bad. I never thought this would happen to me. But one thing i learned is that having a good score does not guarantee your admission into the Best B-Schools. But life does move on. I still have two more interviews lined up and i hope to convert both of them. Wish me luck guys.

First things first, I am starting off this blog so that after we all pass out from KMC, we just keep each others informed about the daily happenings in our life. Keeping in view that the reach of internet in our daily lives is even more than telephonic communication, we would better be able to communicate with each other through this medium.
What my basic intention behind starting this blog is that we all stay connected even after passing out from this college. I've sent out the passwords to all people of our group, so use it wisely. Some rules of this blog are as follows:
1) Don't ever edit what other person has written. You can always add a new post.
2) No SLANGS (Girls would be reading and editing this too)
3) Make it a point to atleast update your info once a week. (in exceptional cases this can be little relaxed)
4) Always mention your name after blogging.
5) Always remember this idea is the brainchild of Ankur Kedia.
6) Don't limit your conversation in the group to this blog only. We need to call each other and meet at periodic intervals.
7) Any other rule as may be considered necessary by the group members, not overriding these rules.
